An evening with talks, art and music about unrecognized states, micronations and curious borders.
On stage: Russia expert and pianist Sara Crombach about the fall of the non-recognised state of Nagorno Karabakh, which ceased to exist since the beginning of this year. She will also play music from the Caucasus. NRC-journalist Milo van Bokkum will share with us his favorite border areas all over the world AND close to home. Illustrator Jasper Rietman creates his own world and will show us a sneak peek of what the world could look like in the future. Graphic designer Floor Koomen will zoom in on stamps and how they are used to draw boundaries and there will be a nerdy quiz by Suzanne Hendriks. Moderation is by Jorie Horsthuis.
The evening will be in Dutch.
